Artwork Guidelines

File Format:

Our preferred format for artwork is Adobe Illustrator CS2 (Version 12). Files should contain vector artwork. Bitmap (or raster) graphics are not typically suitable for screen printing.

Vector graphics allow us to manipulate logos and artwork to properly prepare them for the screen printing process. Depending on the situation, we may need to adjust the size, separate colors, or add traps and bleeds.

Vector file formats include .ai, .eps, and .pdf.

Spot Colors:

If your artwork requires spot color matching, be sure to call out the PMS values from the Pantone Solid Coated color library.

Font Information:

If your artwork is complete, make sure to convert all fonts to outlines. If your artwork needs editing, you may need to include necessary font files. In rare cases when the font files cannot be provided, font substitution may occur.
